Tea bar is a rapidly growing restaurant chain that puts a fresh twist to classic teas and food. Being in the process of opening two new locations, they wanted to attract new employees. Tea Bar partnered with Chico Media Group as their creative team to create a long form video that showcased the fun and synergistic atmosphere at Tea Bar that would attract high quality employees. Two days were spent at their locations in Chico, Ca and various employees were interviewed to help drive the story. Photography was not apart of this campaign.
